Case 1 - Spoiled Product

  • Provide Details: Include the order number, packaging/manufacture date, and clear photos or a video showing the product’s condition.
  • Limitations: Due to natural variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma, we cannot accept returns based solely on these attributes, as our products are all-natural.
  • Resolution: After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement if spoilage is confirmed. 5. Response Time: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours to provide assistance


Case 2 - Damaged Product

  • Provide Details: Include the order number, a photo of the invoice, one photo of the outer package, and two clear photos of the damaged product.
  • Response Time: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours to assist with your claim.
  • Resolution: Aavtar Foods will decide on returns or replacements based on the evaluation of your claim.


Case 3 - Missing Product

  • Report Promptly: If any items are missing, notify us within 2 days of delivery confirmation by emailing customercare@aavtarfoods.in
  • Provide Details: Please include the order number, a photo of the invoice, one photo of the outer package, and two clear photos of the opened package showing all items received.
  • Resolution: We cannot process refunds for missing items, but we will promptly arrange to resend the missing product.
  • Response Time: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours to provide full assistance.
