• Once your order is placed, items are prepared, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 36hours.
• Our courier partners deliver Monday through Saturday, between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions, strikes, or other disruptions.
• However, we strive to fulfill all orders within 48 hours. Upon dispatch, we will email you the tracking details for your package.
